How To Use
Pre-lighten hair to the required level before applying toner.
Mix 1 part WELLA COLORCHARM Permanent Crème Toner with 2 parts 10 volume WELLA COLORCHARM cream developer.
Apply to towel-dried hair and develop for 10-20 minutes, checking frequently for desired result.
