Shipping policy

Order Processing and Shipping Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders are shipped Monday – Friday by 5pm.

We use the following carriers:
Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FlashBird (GTHA Same Day Delivery + Montreal Next Day Delivery)

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 8am EST (Monday–Friday): Processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 8am EST (Monday–Thursday): Processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 9 AM EST on Friday: Processed the following Monday.

🔹 All orders will be provided with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided.

Delivery  Times

Ontario & Quebec: 1 to 4 business days

Provinces: 3 to 7 business days

Territories: 5 to 14 business days

Notes:

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email with three (3) options:

  1. Replace the backordered item with an in-stock item. Any difference in cost will be calculated and updated.

  2. Receive a refund for the backordered item and proceed with the rest of the order. Any cost difference will be calculated and updated.

  3. Cancel your order and receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling charges.

  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel is a standard shipping method. It does not mean the order will be processed faster.

  • Delivery times do not include processing time (1–2 business days).

  • ⚠️ We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, or for lost packages after delivery has been made.

  • FREE shipping is available on orders over $75 before tax.

  • Exclusions: Some locations are excluded from free shipping, and live shipping rates apply in these cases.

  • P.O. Boxes & Air drop (airline freight) are not eligible for free shipping.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will update customers as soon as we are able to resume shipping to the U.S.
