In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon confirmation of order at info@beautifulblackhair.ca. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will no longer be allowed and will not be entertain.

You can retrieve your tracking number from your email address after 3 to 5 days of confirmation order. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email at info@beautifulblackhair.ca.

Enter your tracking number then press Track to check your order status.

Once order has been processed, tracking Number usually takes less than 24 hours to be generated. If you have not received your tracking number within 48 hours and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 48 hours from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at info@beautifulblackhair.ca

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.

We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Due to this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest of your ordered products. Please rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once, the rest of your order is on its way!

Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the delivery time with in United States and Internationally as mentioned

We have a dedicated sourcing team that works directly with manufacturers abroad. We test everything before we send it to you.

We are focused on sourcing the best products our customers, as a result, we are constantly researching and adding new quality products to our store.

The processing time for orders is less than 24 hours. Once shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 1- 5 business days

For International orders, please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), Monday – Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM using various carriers such as:
Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.

Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 9 AM EST (Monday–Friday): Processed the same day.
Orders placed after 9 AM EST (Monday–Thursday): Processed the next business day.
Orders placed after 9 AM EST on Friday: Processed the following Monday.

Backordered Items

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email with three (3) options:

Replace the backordered item with an in-stock item. Any difference in cost will be calculated and updated.
Receive a refund for the backordered item and proceed with the rest of the order. Any cost difference will be calculated and updated.
Cancel your order and receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling charges.

Due to recent changes in tariffs and import regulations, we have temporarily paused all orders to the United States.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will update customers as soon as we are able to resume shipping to the U.S.

Expedited Parcel is our basic shipping method.
Delivery times do not include processing time (1–3 business days).
Delivery standards apply within business days for items sent between major urban centers.
Canada Post services are subject to their terms and conditions, including on-time delivery guarantees.
Additional coverage is available for a fee.

Domestic Shipping Details (Canada)

FREE shipping is available on orders over $100 before tax for domestic orders.
Exclusions: Some locations are excluded from free shipping, and live shipping rates apply in these cases.
P.O. Boxes & Air drop (airline freight) are not eligible for free shipping.
