    • How To Use
    1. Clean and dry skin. Do not put on moisturizer prior to applying.
    2. Measure and cut the tape by holding it in the desired position.
    3. Start taping from under your boob and pull gently to stretch the tape onto your skin.
    4. Repeat on the other boob. Use scissors to remove any visible excess.
    5. Remove by rubbing coconut oil or moisturizer into and around the tape to weaken the adhesive. Slowly pull the tape off.
