How To Use

Pour and level scoops of Basic White into a non-metallic glass or plastic bowl. Mix with one of the following Clairol Professional developers: Stir into a rich, creamy consistency, Add additional developer, if needed. Use for off-the-scalp lightening only. check development regularly, until you achieve desired level of decolorization.

If any mixture gets into eyes, flush with a large amount of water and call a physician.
